To register for access to the Support area, you will need the seven-digit serial number and a password that was provided to your organization with the ObjectFX product(s). The serial number can be found on the product CD and in your organization's license.dat file. If you purchased your software before December 2007, please contact our support department by e-mail or telephone. You will need to provide the serial number of your software and we will issue you the password for your organization. To create your individual support account, enter the serial number and organization password in the registration form. Once authenticated, you can use the account creation form.
