Kermit Stofer

Chairman

Kermit (Chip) Stofer has served as Chairman and a Director of ObjectFX since its inception. He has over 25 years experience in executive management, venture capital and investment banking within the computer software, hardware, and information systems industry. Previously, Mr. Stofer served as General Partner of a private venture capital firm for high technology companies, and was founder, President and CEO of Envoy Systems Corporation, a leading supplier of applications software and distributed information systems to the sales force automation market. He later founded Strategic Partners Inc., a specialized investment-banking firm for the computer software industry. Mr. Stofer is a shareholder, director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Software Consolidations, Inc. He holds a master of business administration from Harvard University and a BS and ME in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.


Eve Trkla

Director

Eve Trkla has served as a Director of ObjectFX since November 2000. She is Senior Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Brookwood Financial Partners, L.P. Ms. Trkla's experience includes eight years as a lender at The First National Bank of Boston and one year as the Senior Credit Officer at The First National Bank of Ipswich. At The First National Bank of Boston, Ms. Trkla developed a specialty in acquisition finance. She analyzed, structured and subsequently managed over $1 billion of senior and subordinated debt instruments. At The First National Bank of Ipswich, she created and managed the credit administration function for this $130 million community bank. Ms. Trkla also serves as a director of UbiquiTel Inc. (NASDAQ: UPCS), a Sprint PCS affiliate, and New World Coffee - Manhattan Bagel, Inc. (NASDAQ: NWCI), one of the largest franchisers of coffee bars and bagel bakeries in the United States. Ms. Trkla is a cum laude graduate of Princeton University.

Kurt Zernich

Director

Kurt Zernich has served as a Director of ObjectFX since March 2005. He is a Managing Director and General Counsel of Brookwood Financial Partners, L.P. Prior to joining Brookwood, Mr. Zernich was associated with the Chicago law firm of Ungaretti & Harris. At Ungaretti & Harris, Mr. Zernich's primary focus was on private equity transactions, representing financial and strategic investors as well as companies seeking capital, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Zernich worked at the Pennsylvania Treasury Department overseeing the cash management division and assisting in the management of a $6 billion portfolio. Mr. Zernich holds a degree in finance from the University of Virginia, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a JD degree from the Northwestern University School of Law.

Rick Boswell

Director

Rick Boswell has served as a Director of ObjectFX since its founding. Mr. Boswell's 40-year career includes roles as an engineer, chief executive officer and chief operating officer among others. He co-founded St. Paul Venture Capitol (SPVC) in 1988, and has led investments in 34 companies, including Advanced Fibre (IPO in 1996), Castle Networks (acquired by Siemens), XIOtech (acquired by Seagate), Optilink (acquired by DSC), and PakNetX, among other successes. Prior to founding SPVC, Mr. Boswell was President and COO of ADC Telecommunications and CEO of EF Johnson. Mr. Boswell holds BS, MS and PhD degrees from Case Western University; and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Rick Tanler

Director

Rick Tanler has served as a Director of ObjectFX since July 1998. Mr. Tanler was formerly President and CEO of e.Intelligence, Inc. a company he founded in 1999 to develop software technologies and services to enable B2B collaboration and forward-looking business intelligence. Rick also founded Information Advantage, Inc. serving as its President & CEO until May of 1995 when he became Chairman of the Board. In 1999, Sterling Software acquired Information Advantage (Nasdaq IACO), a provider of relational OLAP solutions for enterprise deployments. Prior to founding Information Advantage, Mr. Tanler held a position at Metaphor Computer Systems, Inc. He is the author of The Intranet Data Warehouse, published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc. in 1997, and was selected by Ernst & Young as Minnesota's Entrepreneur of the Year in 1999. Mr. Tanler holds a bachelor of science in Quantitative Systems from Arizona State University.
